  1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
    By providing your mobile number and opting in via our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the Columbia Board of REALTORS® related to [e.g., account updates, event notifications, or customer service communications]. Message frequency may vary.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.  Standard message and data rates may apply.

  1. Message Frequency
    You may receive up to one (1) or more messages per month, depending on your interaction with our services.
  2. Opt-Out Instructions
    You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You may also contact us at info@cbormls.com or 573-446-2400.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

    SMS messages are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. The Columbia Board of REALTORS® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  4. Changes to Policy
    We may revise this SMS Policy from time to time. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
