CBOR Supra Single Access

Non-members who otherwise aren’t able to access the Supra system. Any CBOR member, regardless if they participate in CBOR Supra eKEY program, are not eligible to receive codes. Consumers simply wishing to view a property without an agent present are NOT eligible to receive Single Access Codes. Consumers should NEVER be granted access into a home without an agent present. Individuals such as repairpersons, contractors, and out of area real estate agents are eligible to receive Single Access codes at the discretion of the Listing Agent.

Within the eKEY app, CBOR Keyholders can navigate to the “Manage Access” icon, then “Reports” option to have a time range report emailed to them. Single Access reports contain token purchase history, if a token was used by a Non-Member, and the access times a token was used by a Non-Member.

Currently, there is no limitation on the number of Single Access Tokens CBOR eKEY users may choose to send to Non-Members requiring access.

Listing agents may issue Single Access Tokens up to 30 days in advance of an appointment date & time. Listing agents can specify the Non-Member’s Single Access Token access window anywhere from 30 minutes-72 hours.

Yes, a Listing Agent may grant Single Access to a Seller to access a lockbox at their own property.

Yes, an appointment is required prior to issuing/receiving any Single Access code.

Single Access tokens are currently FREE to send/receive.

If a Non-Member abuses the privilege of receiving Single Access codes (i.e. items stolen from property, consumers let in to see property without agent present, etc.), it is the responsibility of the Listing Agent/Listing Broker to report such activity to the CBOR Staff as soon as they are made aware of such issues. Non-Members misusing Supra Single Access on CBOR lockboxes will be deemed ineligible to receive Single Access tokens in the future, so long as the misuse is reported to CBOR Staff accordingly.

Yes, so long as the access window has not yet been reached, the CBOR member who issued the Token may navigate to their eKEY app, select “Manage Access”, then “Recent Invites”, then “Modify” next to the Token they wish to change. Once the new Date/Time has been entered, the CBOR member will select “Modify” to update accordingly. This will issue the Non-Member another invite email letting them know the access window has been updated.

So long as the access window has not yet been reached, the CBOR member who issued the Token may navigate to their eKEY app, select “Manage Access”, then “Recent Invites”, then “Cancel” next to the Token they wish to remove, then select “YES” to confirm the token needs to be cancelled. The system will display a red banner indicating “Cancelled” next to the former access details.

So long as the individual receiving the Single Access token is NOT an MLS Subscriber/Member of CBOR, they are eligible to receive Single Access tokens to access CBORMLS Supra lockboxes, upon listing agent discretion. If an out-of-area agent is granted a Single Access Token from a CBORMLS Subscriber and that out-of-area agent has a Supra eKEY from their Primary MLS, please ensure the out-of-area agent has properly updated their eKEY app to version 5.11.1.XXX or higher.
