Learn the Code!! In this course, students will learn the parallels and differences between license law and MREC Rules and Regulations as compared to the Code of Ethics and be able to raise the standards of their practice to meet the highest standard required to serve clients and customers.

Learn to avoid common mistakes that might lead to fraud, misrepresentation and negligence! Property disclosure and condition issues are the leading cause of lawsuits against real estate licensees! This course examines what the risks are and how to manage and reduce mistakes by understanding the concepts of property disclosure.
